*PayPal Terms and Conditions
By participating in PayPal's Google Play Rewards campaign (the "Offer"), you agree to the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). "Eligible Participant": To be an Eligible Participant, each participant must: (1) be residents of the United Kingdom who (2) are eighteen (18) years of age or older; and (3) create or are holders of a UK personal or business PayPal account in good standing ("Valid Account"); and (4) see an authorised paid media ad, google store in-app banners, PayPal email, PayPal push notifications, PayPal deals or PayPal in-app banners containing the invitation to participate in the offer ("Invitation") (eligibility for/those who receive such a link will be determined solely by PayPal).
"Qualification Period": Starts on 5 May 2022, at 12:00:00 a.m. British Summer Time ("BST") and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. BST on 30 June 2022.
"Redemption Period": Starts on the day an Eligible Participant receives their Reward (defined below) for completing an Eligible Transaction (defined below) and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. BST on 31 July 2022.
How it Works: An Eligible Participant must successfully complete the following during the Qualification Period to qualify for a reward:(1) click through the Invitation link and sign up for a Valid Account from the landing page, if you do not already have one;(2) sign-up for Google Play account, if you do not already have one;(3) make your very first purchase on Google Play using a Valid Account (minimum spend £5.00 GBP (five pounds)) no later than 30 June 2022 (
"Eligible Transaction"), to earn £10.00 GBP (ten pounds) voucher (
"Reward"), and (4) click to save the Offer to the Valid Account upon receiving an email from PayPal containing your Reward.
Once received, and qualified for, the Reward can be applied to any online PayPal Checkout payment that the Eligible Participant completes using their Valid Account during the Redemption Period ("Eligible Purchase"). Eligible Purchases do not include: (1) send/receive money transactions (including those marked as a "Goods and Services" payments), (2) charitable donations, (3) purchases made using PayPal.me; (4) PayPal Cash Mastercard®, PayPal Cashback Mastercard®, PayPal Prepaid Mastercard®, PayPal Extras Mastercard®, and PayPal Business Debit Mastercard® purchases made using the card directly and not through your Valid Account; (5) PayPal transaction fees; or (6) transactions made in any other currency beyond GBP. Rewards will be viewable in the "Offers" section of the Eligible Participant's Valid Account for personal accounts. For business accounts, the Reward will only be visible during checkout and on the purchase transaction receipt(s). The Reward must be redeemed during the Redemption Period and may only be redeemed as described in these Terms. Use of the Reward will be reflected on the Eligible Participant's PayPal receipt and/or in the transaction details of their Valid Account.
Rewards should be made available to your account within approximately six (6) days but may take up to two (2) weeks and must be used no later than 31 July 2022. There is a limit of one (1) Reward per Valid Account. Only 100,000 Reward redemptions are available during the Qualification Period; Rewards will no longer be awarded once the limit is reached.Miscellaneous: Redemptions are final, will not be returned, and are subject to review and verification. The Reward has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred out of the Eligible Participant's Valid Account, except in PayPal's sole discretion. If item(s) purchased using a Reward are returned and the Redemption Period has expired, PayPal will first refund the money spent to the payment method used to complete the Eligible Purchase and purchase amount in excess of the money spent (i.e., the value of the Reward) will not be refunded. If the Redemption Period has not expired, the value of the Reward will be returned to the Offers section of the Valid Account and will be available for use by the account holder. PayPal may provide an alternate Reward of equal value if it is unable for any reason to fulfill the Reward. PayPal reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify this Offer in part or in its entirety at any time without notice, for any reason in its sole discretion. Similar offers may run at the same time; qualification for this offer does not constitute qualification for any other offer. PayPal is not responsible and/or liable for any lost, stolen, late, incomplete, illegible, interrupted, delayed, or misdirected e-mail, Reward, or offer-related materials or correspondence or if any participant's e-mail address, Valid Account, or other contact information does not work, is deleted, or is changed without participant giving prior written notice to PayPal. PayPal reserves the right to review any account or transaction related to this Offer, in its sole discretion, without notice, and delay or reverse completion of the Reward. Offer is void where prohibited, if Eligible Purchases or subscription upgrades/sign-ups are not completed through legitimate channels, or if any offer-related materials are counterfeit, altered, fraudulent, defective, tampered with or irregular in any way. Participation is subject to PayPal's User Agreement. Certain offers may not be transferable. Any questions relating to the Offer will be resolved in PayPal's sole discretion and its decisions related to the Offer will be final and binding.

Governing law and jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by English law. By participating in the Offer, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and the
User Agreement. The courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
Promoter. The promoter of this Offer is PayPal Pte Ltd, a company incorporated in Singapore, with registered number 200509725E and registered address at 5 Temasek Boulevard, #09-01, Suntec Tower Five, Singapore 038985.
